STRENGTHENING BALLARAT EAST THROUGH MEN’S SHED GRANTS

Michaela Settle, State Member for Eureka, announced today that Ballarat East Community Men’s Shed was a successful recipients of the Men’s Shed Funding Program.

Ballarat East Community Men’s Shed will receive $64,480 towards the replacement and repair of their roof, which will allow them to continue to be a welcoming place for people to connect, socialise, learn new skills and work on common projects together.

The Allan Labor Government is improving the health and wellbeing of communities through the allocation of infrastructure funding to 28 Men’s Sheds across the state as part of the latest round of the Men’s Shed Funding Program.

The Allan Labor Government has proudly provided 487 grants to Men’s Sheds since 2015, through an annual $1 million investment.
